Fresh chakki

Atta milled after you order, not months before

Choose your grains, decide the exact percentage of each, and we stone-grind the blend fresh on our chakki. No pre-packed sacks sitting in a warehouse, no fillers, no maida blending.

Wheat, millets, pulses and seeds sourced in small lots.

2. Set the blend

Balance percentages until your mix totals 100%.

3. Stone ground

What a custom mix means

A custom mix is your own recipe: for example 70% sharbati wheat for softness, 10% jowar and 10% ragi for fibre, and 10% chana for protein and body. You set the percentages, we hold them exactly — the blend is weighed by kilogram before it goes into the chakki, so a 5 KG order of that recipe is 3.5 KG wheat, 0.5 KG jowar, 0.5 KG ragi and 0.5 KG chana.

Fine grind

Soft, silky flour for rotis and parathas.

Medium grind

Balanced texture — our most popular grind.

Coarse grind

Grainy texture for thepla, bhakri and porridge.

Frequently asked questions

What is fresh chakki atta?
Chakki atta is flour ground between two stones at low speed. The slow grind keeps the bran, germ and endosperm together, so the flour keeps its aroma, fibre and natural oils instead of losing them to heat.
How fresh is my flour?
We mill only after you order. Your grains are cleaned, blended to your percentages and stone-ground the same day your order is picked up for dispatch.
Can I choose my own blend?
Yes. Pick any combination of wheat, millets, pulses and seeds, set the percentage of each up to a total of 100%, then choose 2, 5, 10 or 20 KG.
Which grinding should I pick?
Fine gives soft rotis and parathas, medium is our most popular all-round grind, and coarse suits thepla, bhakri and porridge.
How is the price calculated?
Each ingredient is priced per kilogram against its share of your blend, then we add a milling charge per kilogram and a single packaging charge. The full breakdown is shown before you add the mix to your cart.
How should I store custom atta?
Because there are no preservatives, keep it in an airtight container away from sunlight and use it within 30 to 45 days. Blends with seeds are best refrigerated.
